What Elon is good at is managing. Actual managing, where you install good people, get out of their way, and replace them if they turn out to be incompetent. That skill is so incredibly rare that it almost doesn't exist at all; it's not something you can just grab any random person and train them to do.

But first things first. Kill the dragon, then worry about the underlings. If you don't kill the dragon, then it'll just create more underlings. This is the part about strategy.
