@whut @Pawlicker @Weeble it was definitely in stuff like live journal back in the day but seeing that LJ was proto-SNS and the web was much dispersed, a lot of things were easier to avoid

@Pawlicker @mrsaturday @Weeble @whut art sites are especially bad when it comes to this. I haven't found one that hadn't rolled back a rule or two after assuring their users that it wouldn't, or either a good UX, or censorship involved.

@coolboymew tbh they haven't done anything since the x360 to innovate or stand out from the competition, and the 1st party games (and lack of them) provably solidifies this.

My predictions is that they go full in on Game Pass and also stick to software.

Though it makes me wonder who'll be entering the console market
