     @sun I had this one too, so bad. I wonder what happened at Mozilla to make it crash so hard. They got it on a few phones with big partners but it was always just barely usable.

     @lain From where I was sitting, Mozilla couldn't monetise it to keep development sustainable. At this time they were trying everything, from WebXR to Lockwise.

     @sun No joke, if this had been successful, it would have prevented Chrome from becoming Internet Explorer 2.0 (Because most of the internet is Chrome-based phoneposters now)
     
     As for the OS, doesn't matter, all phones use shittier forks of other OSs

     So there's good news / bad news about the article I wrote:

     Good: It's a fun 11-min read.

     Bad: It's an article I wrote for supporters of my site / newsletter.

     If you still want to read it, you could always join as a member (it's only $2), read the article, then cancel if you don't want to remain a member. I get that paywalls suck, but it's one of the few perks my supporters get.
