Indeed, the title is a bit misleading but it makes a strong case for non lethal destruction of fossil fuel infrastructure. I can't imagine a book or anyone calling for guerrilla war against deadly industries would get published, or not get a visit from their local branch of the anti terror security force.

Tragically most people don't care, and that's what they bargain on. There's a vanishingly tiny minority who understand and care enough to use software that protects privacy to any degree.

I often come across people who mock privacy concerns as Tin Foil Hat level craziness.
