   The University of Galway is doing research on Autistic Burnout. There is a 10 minute questionnaire.

   "For this study Áine is interested in identifying and assessing the combination of energy depleting demands which Autistic people experience to help clinicians devise effective preventive interventions.

   If you have a formal diagnosis of Autism from a medical or mental health professional or self identify as Autistic, are currently in Autistic burnout and @actuallyautistic

     I was looking forward to recovering. I got on disability, acquired friends that understand, things were looking like a decent position to recover in.
     ...and then my country decided fascism was a great idea.

     @hellomiakoda @ideogram @actuallyautistic we will survive. We are in the right side of history, where everyone has a decent life and resources and empathy are shared.
     But we can broke too, we can feel despair and sadness. And we can mourn for the dark times that we have to survive.

     @hellomiakoda @ideogram @actuallyautistic I am so sorry for you. Before I knew I was autistic, the same week I learnt about my second pregnancy: my home country elected the right party (again) and England and Wales choose Brexit. Still pregnant USA elected Trump for the first time. And I spent my pregnancy having panic attacks that my GP didn't understand where they were coming from. Polítics can be so harming just mentally because we know right politics are going against us. But we will fight.
