One of the things that disenfranchised a lot of voters is that they were told to vote for a candidate not picked by the people, but by a few DNC elites, in order to "save democracy".

Democracy has been nothing but an illusion for decades. Well, probably forever in this country due to voter suppression.

How do I feel about political violence?

Let me just say that at the Stonewall Inn, whoever threw that first brick at the cops is a fucking hero I will forever celebrate and take pride in.

Necessary change almost never happens without political violence.

That doesn't justify the shooting today, but be careful when condemning all political violence because that condemns many oppressed people to death.

I wish that every time a Black, Hispanic, or Asian kid from a low income neighborhood was prosecuted on bullshit charges, that the Internet would get just as pissed as the Internet is getting over Hunter Biden's prosecution on bullshit charges.

Until that happens, we still have two systems of justice.

"In 2016 we stayed home, and Trump won. In 2020 we came out in large numbers, in the swing states and for Biden, and Trump lost. But you can not expect us to come out for Biden again when he is arming the genocide of our brothers and sisters, when he hugs Netanyahu."

The Muslim vote is already lost. Biden can still win, but it's a LOT harder now, and he's losing others as well.

At this point, I fear the only way to avoid another four years +

An unfortunately reality: When a people is so oppressed they have nothing to live for, they often find a cause to die for.

I stand with the Palestinian People but I stand against war.

The Palestinian People deserve a future to live for, not a cause to die for.

Until that happens there won't ever be peace.

Peace without justice and autonomy is simply not possible.

@AnarchoNinaWrites It's my opinion that cops, if we are going to have them at all, should be unarmed and live in the neighborhoods they police.

e.g. you want to be cop? Fine, but you can only apply to the department that polices YOUR neighborhood, unarmed, and then can't move.

Cops would actually care for the people they police because they are the same community they have garden with, bbq with, kids go to school with, etc.

On second thought, unarmed cops that live in the neighborhood would still be highly problematic.
