I'm more curious if you then extend that definition to unborn humans. Bugs can be extremely simple things, especially when you realize there is a consistent spectrum of bugs that goes from a tarantula all the way down to a microscopic, blind pseudo-scorpion that clings to the back of a beetles for a free ride. All but the most basic of fetuses have some level of intelligence and awareness that greatly exceeds the smallest bug's. -

Thanks for sharing! Ironically that's kinda similar to what I believe, with the biggest differences being I think your legacy/existence is continued by your people (ie those genetically similar to you, particularly family) vs someone of similar mentality, and that I don't think the purpose of life is to just go with the flow, but instead we are called to fight bitterly for a better future. Whether this calling is a material manifestation of instinct or something that partially transcends the material world isn't something I think we can totally know either. There certainly isn't a lot of evidence for non-material influence over reality, but given we live in the material world we can't really say with any certainty there isn't either. -

Yeah yeah everyone's a libertarian when things get uncomfortable. I think the whole "don't talk to poast users or you are a pedo" thing is autistic and I never supported that but it is fucking annoying seeing people be all friendly with a guy who's clearly a creep. I've made a point of being patient and explaining things calmly to poa.st users instead of just yelling because I don't think just labeling people who have no idea what's going on a pedo is not productive.

I did too and I ended up seeing naked anime children because I thought the people who were saying undu posted loli were full of shit. I should have known better because I had seen graf and milk and others say creepy stuff about loli and whatnot back when I was a poa.st user but I still tried to be objective about it.
There's a certain type of loli pedo who likes to pretend he's normal while wiggling his way into other communities. And then he tries to normalize his shit, posts it, and then make """"jokes"""" about wanting to rape kids. Those people rely on the benefit of the doubt being given to them by well meaning people. You can ask @josh about all the people who told him hosting loli on 9chan was a great idea and how they repaid his tolerance.
Undu and wides were certainly that type of pedo. Graf almost certainly is as well or is aware of what they are. He lies and misrepresents shit constantly. He acts like TRS left because some random pedo joined the site and wasn't banned fast enough, but in reality it was a well known member of the community who was a known pedo.
Graf is manipulative. His mod milk does the same sort of "teehee I am a pedo oh wait just joking ;)" shit that the other pedos do, just waaaaay toned down after the kiwi shitstorm.
I believe you are a good person trying to do what's right in the world and I really appreciate that, but please just be wary of graf at the very least. He's the kind of person who will say anything to make you like him.
