Bilder ohne Lizenzinfos am besten für garnichts nutzen.

Such doch bei commons.wikimedia.org. M.E. am ehesten eine kuratierte Bilderdatenbank. Alle mit entweder freier Lizenz oder gemeinfrei. Generierte Bilder sind als solche gekennzeichnet. Nach Lizenzverstößen wird aktiv gesucht. Die meisten Bilder sind kategorisiert und gut beschrieben. Eventuell Flickr-Importe ausschließen.

Unsinn. Natürlich könnten Bibliotheken auch heute erfunden werden, wenn es sie nicht schon gäbe.

Tatsächlich werden heute mehr „Bibliotheken“ erfunden als je zuvor in der Geschichte der Menschheit. Beispiele von Neo-Bibliotheken:

Aber weder eines der genannten Projekte noch eine der existierenden traditionellen Bibliotheken ist lizenzfrei. Im Gegenteil alle achten peinlich auf die Einhaltung von Lizenzen. Das Internet Archiv verbiegt Lizenzen und könnte darüber stolpern. Wikipedia und die meisten anderen verwenden grundsätzlich nur freie Lizenzen. Einzig Wikidata (cc-zero) könnte tatsächlich als lizenz-frei bezeichnet werden.

And now imagine a world where the people who provide the quality content to tiktok would provide this content not to tiktok, but to some other online service - for example peertube, or something similar. And you would not pay a subscription to tiktok - a capitalist company controlled by „people’s republic“ of china, but support peertube instances and creators.

It happens, when you use special chars (code points) to simulate text formating. If you do not use bold formating in a PDF but simulate it with code points of mathematical characters that look like ordinary letters with bold formating it will happen in PDF.

KBA doesn’t deregister anything. Even the Dieselgate cars are still all on the road.

However you are not allowed to use the Berlin Police Parking ground with a Tesla, as the police in Berlin thinks Teslas do not comply with GDPR. (There are many parking spaces just outside the grounds of Berlin police headquarter, so it does not really matter and police men have just to walk 10 more meters…)
