Yeah I wouldn't want to be a landlord when all of a sudden the legal structures for the enforcement of evictions stop working. It's already enough of a PITA to go through the process as it is.
i mean to be fair there have been improvements in construction tech/materials since the early-mid 20th century when a lot of these houses were built. rehabbing 1940s homes one at a time until the whole block is nice again is not a viable strategy.
hopefully this leads to entire swaths of urban real estate just being leveled because a lot of these buildings are way past the point where it makes any financial sense to try to rehab them.
The actual Q tripcode poster(s) actually had some interesting stuff going on. Then it got to facebook and JFK Jr. was coming back to appear on stage with the Rolling Stones in NoLa. I'm pretty sure the stuff on the imageboards was not really meant for them.
I'm more curious about the securities their loans are bundled into and the shape they are in and whey they make their coupon payments and how many times they will be allowed to miss before they are marked down.
Also from what I understand with the student loans they won't lien your bank account and yeet the funds.
To me it looks like everyone's playing the game of not being blamed for inevitable crash. FED paused hikes 'Oh, well WE didn't do it', congress barely passes spending 'Oh well, WE didn't do it.'
Next up is a bunch of people just not paying their student loans and that would diffuse the responsibility onto a nice punching bag wtihout any actual power so that's my next hope because this clown ZIRP market needs to correct.
i honestly don't think so read the rest of the posts above this one. i decided to check out his twitter and he's an uppity nigger who coasted on being a nigger and literate.
i have not seen enough of his twitter to see if he acknowledges the corn starch situation but for now i've had enough of it. (his twitter, not corn starch. not that i don't have enough corn starch i just don't compulsively eat it. i'm White.)
