@Infoseepage @Brad_Rosenheim it's already bad, but LA is rife with fraud. Guy in my 4 unit complex getting evicted for renting it the townhouse and then using as an AirBnB with a fraudulent listing. AirBnB wouldn't take it down either.

Does this mean we can finally force LA AirBnBers to sell or rent their second homes?
