I didn't think I would have to be facing this again so soon. It hasn't even been a year since I lost Mischa. But I took Stella in to the vet this week because I noticed last week that she was beginning to have to work harder to get air in and out. I don't have the final results back on the bloodwork and the scans, but the preliminary from the doc is that she has fluid around her lungs, and it's pretty diffuse so it would be difficult to just syringe some out. And that's not a symptom that's related to anything easily treatable generally.

So until I hear back tomorrow or Monday, I am assuming that I (we!) don't have much longer to enjoy her floof or her indomitable personality. And I am devastated in advance.

@Rasp the only thing I can figure is that the LED fixtures can come in different shapes and sizes, like very low profile flat panels, and the idea is that they don't need to be replaced for ages.

But even as an electrician, I honestly agree with you. Just give me an LED bulb with a medium base on it and I'll put it in a normal fixture.
