I've eaten dried, spiced crickets as a snack. Tasted just like other dried, spiced snacks.

I found it very important to chew thoroughly before swallowing - unless you're ok with feeling legs in your throat. 😱

However, if they were fully crushed to paste and reformed in chip type shapes, we wouldn't even know.
