@hakan_geijer I'm a reasonably outdoorsy person, and I do a lot of camping with my family.

Realistically speaking, we could probably get by for a couple of days without civilization, though water might be a problem. Beyond that? Forget it. And no reasonable amout of prepping is going to extend that time to more than a week.

We'll just have to focus on keeping this show on the road.

Ich backe meist Baguette und Pizza, beides mit 550er Weizenmehl. Aktuell muss ich dafür gefühlt 10-20% weniger Wasser nehmen als üblich.
