   I am now opening up nominations for the SECOND ANNUAL Biggest Faggot on the Fediverse Tournament! #FaggotTourney
   
   Nominations will close on May 24th, and the first match will be held June 1st: the first day of Faggot Month!
   
   The short explanation is: nominate EXACTLY three people for BIGGEST FUCKING FAGGOT ON THE FEDIVERSE!
   
   The legalese follows:
   
   Rules for nomination:
   
   1) Reply to this thread with EXACTLY THREE (3) valid, different users on Fedi.
   2) Each nomination carries equal weight: each nomination is exactly one nomination, no more or less.
   3) Thirty-one (31) nominations will be taken.
   4) People who are almost unanimously believed to be women are not eligible for nominations. Women cannot be faggots!
   5) Nominees must MUTUALLY federate with at least one of: poa.st, lab.nyanide.com, or nicecrew.digital. Everyone else is not meaningfully on Fedi.
   6) No more than 6 total entrants are allowed from any instance. If this rule causes there to be fewer than 31 entrants, then this number will increase.
   7) Past winners may not be nominated. Instead, something special will happen with them at the end of the tournament! Right now, that means Judge Dread, and only Judge Dread!
   8) The tournament organizer - CMD - cannot be nominated! Instead, CMD automatically takes the 32nd seed, and is a participant regardless of the outcome of nominations, due to the iron-clad internet rule of "OP is a faggot."
   9) Users of any Pedi instance, regardless of whether or not they federate here, may not be nominated, nor may they nominate.
   10) Nominees must have used their main fedi account at least once since February 2025.
   11) Nominators must have held an account since February 2025 that federates with at least one of: poa.st, lab.nyanide.com, or nicecrew.digital.
   
   Clarifications:
   1) Rules apply to people, not accounts. If your home instance has blown up since February, but everyone knows who you are, then you're OK to nominate.
   2) If someone's eligibility changes due to rules 4 or 10, eligibility takes precedence.
   3) If someone's eligibility changes due to rules 5, 9 or 11, ineligibility takes precedence.

     I'm adding the following rule, just to keep this lighthearted:
     
     12) Any activity that appears to be a credible threat against any of the participants, nominees, nominators, or voters will result in CMD muting you - and as a consequence, you will not be able to participate in the tournament in any capacity except as a participant or nominee. Doxxing is such an activity.
     
     This didn't need to be codified last time because we were on bae.st which had no-dox rules, but we don't have such a rule before.

     "4) Regarding rule 10, the phrase "used their main fedi account" refers to any activity that is ever visible to at least one user on any instance that federates with either poa.st, NCD, or lab.nyanide.com. This excludes simple logins, but includes any post, like, repost, or reaction that any individual claims to have seen."
     
     This is meant to clarify the two cases of CSB (whose posts are followers-only) and Based Lunatic (who deletes his posts shortly after making them). This is to set in stone the obvious interpretation of that rule.
