@Fragglemuppet when my daughter was small she watched Tailspin first and loved it, but when we later watched Jungle Book she got confused and complained “Tailspin’s got no clothes on!” 🤣

@Fragglemuppet Have you read Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell by Susanna Clarke? Fairies, strange journeys and weird magic in 18th century England.

@Fragglemuppet that’s approaching British levels of passive aggressive politeness!

@Fragglemuppet hi!

@Fragglemuppet I had that cd! Some unusual choices on the tracklist for a compilation

@Fragglemuppet i think I must have missed that - sorry.

@Fragglemuppet everything ok?

@Fragglemuppet what are you listening to?

@FlashMobOfOne @SeaFury I’ve got solar powered fairy lights in my home office that come on when it gets dark - I really appreciate the little bit of cheer in the darkness. Lighting candles or having bonfires around the solstice is important to me to as I really struggle with SAD at this time of year and I need to look forward to the sun returning

Happy international men’s day!

Remember to check your bits and don’t be embarrassed to talk to your pals if you’re struggling with anything. Here’s a picture from the weekend of me and my dad showing that you’re never too old to do colouring in!

@jacklaridian @Kitty I love that version! I think I first heard on the soundtrack for Buffy the Vampire Slayer of all places.

@liztai with a disk and a nice box and a proper manual that explained how to use it!

@GayOldTime The 90% acetate mix would make this a proper disco inferno!

@fesshole Can we just change the name of this account to “For gods sake, just wash your arse”?

@BethanyBlack The steamdeck would be better for playing on the plane though, I think. I also prefer playing my Switch propped up in bed whereas if I’m using my laptop I have to sit up to a desk to be comfortable. It’s all down to what you feel most comfortable with, and I’m guessing the two weeks of work is paying well enough to give you options!

@BethanyBlack the thing with a work laptop is that you’ll be lugging it around, so it’s better to go for something that will do the job without being too heavy or too expensive to replace if it breaks. I do my “on the road” gaming on a Switch but I’m seriously tempted by the Steamdeck or possibly the ROG Ally when I have some money to spare.

@BethanyBlack I think that film was the first time I heard Bad to the Bone by George Thorogood & the Destroyers!

@BethanyBlack happy anniversary!
