I have been automatically deleting all my tweets for years after some time passed and today I discovered that #twitter recreated them from some backup. What a dick move. Now I need to formulate a #GDPR request to delete all my tweets and retweets. I’m sure someone has already written one, no? Any recommendations?

@thisismissem no, it starts at 100€ a year. The main issue is getting a vault. High demand because with the low interest rates many people fled into jewellery, gold and watches (haha). So many banks are fully booked.

@Divorytaur @futurebird if you just want the totally unprofitable leftovers that businesses do not want to have in community hand that is a viable strategy. If you want community owned prime infrastructure that is the pride (and envy) of the industry it isn’t.

Don’t be foolish, we need something good, something we will defend, not whatever scarce meagre leftovers are not worthy of other’s attention.
