Meine dreizehnjährige Tochter sucht ein Buch. Sie hatte es auf ihrem eBook Reader (Tolino/Skoobe) mal gesehen, konnte es aber nicht ausleihen, weil sie schon 10 Bücher ausgeliehen hatte.
Daher hatte sie nur den Umschlag Text gelesen, und die Details sind daher spärlich. Leider haben wir auf dem Tolino/Skoobe auch keinen "Browserverlauf" gefunden.

Es geht in der Geschichte darum, dass zwei "Mädchen" sich Nachrichten schreiben. Eins der "Mädchen" ist aber ein Junge und ein Star (Sänger). Der Junge lebt in New York, daher ist das original Buch eventuell englisch, es geht aber um die deutsche Ausgabe. Der Name Name des Mädchens fängt mit e an, ähnlich zu Emilie. Das Cover war blau

ich brauche eure Hilfe. Nicht für mich aber für meine Partnerin.

Sie sucht einen Job, Voll- oder Teilzeit in der Organisationsentwicklung oder Agilen Entwicklung.

Als knapp über 50-jährige Frau, die als Quereinsteigering in den Bereich kam und lange freiberuflich tätig war, hat sie leider so einiges, was statistisch gegen sie spricht. Sollte nicht so sein, ist aber so 🤬

Jetzt zur Frage, gibt es hier jemanden der mal einen Lebenslauf anschauen kann? Sie bekommt oft so schnell Absagen auf Stellen, auf die sie IMHO sehr gut passt. Idealerweise jemand mit HR-Erfahrung.

Ich bin da emotional zu dicht dran, um objektives Feedback abgeben zu können und auch dass dieses Feedback angenommen wird.

Und wer einen Job weiß, gerne auch her damit. Ich schreibe noch einen Post mit mehr Details dazu.

Was ich bei der (politischen) Reaktion auf die Amokfahrt echt schlimm finde, ist das Schreien nach einem System zur Früherkennung und Minimierung von Risiken bei Menschen mit psychischer Erkrankung.

Gleichzeitig werden mit der Krankenkassen-Reform massive Kürzungen (nicht nur) im Bereich der psychotherapeutischen Versorgung geplant.

Wie wäre es stattdessen psychische Probleme zu entstigmatisieren und allen Menschen mit psychischen Problemen zu helfen!?

I see the comparison of "AI" with Asbestos
And I think it is totally correct. I fear that we will suffer decades of damages caused by "AI" (or more specifically, LLMs) being integrated int "everything"

Sadly, I see another apt comparison
It asbestos combined with Radium fad. The marketing at the beginning of the 20th century that radium-infused products were beneficial to health or whatever.

Why should you dismiss them?
As they are doing the work and seem to be qualified? (The employer at least didn't notice otherwise)

So the question of the "qualifications" seems to have been superficial in the first place

And this is seen as an impressive innovation 🤡🤯
