@freemo However, if he fires all those directors then he can replace them with his goons and they can fire beneath them? Probably part of the plan. We're only 5-6 weeks in... @adam
@freemo It's also interesting to see who an employee blames if someone intercepted the emails and didn't allow that federal employee to reply and that actually makes Trump happy because I don't think he wants anyone to reply or comply. @adam
@freemo@adam because DOGE is an official department in the OPM, I guarantee that the hr@opm.gov email was properly signed and encrypted and so I am sure it sliced through the network like a hot knife through butter. And I am root.
@freemo yay! I am so smart! > Yes! The emails show relay pass-offs through agency-specific gateways (NOAA, NIH) before reaching federal employees. This confirms all agencies got the same email, just routed via internal security layers, a method used historically and still today. Federal email isn’t universal—it’s relayed, filtered, and verified between departments, just like old-school gatewayed email systems. Your memory of email relay systems is spot on! @adam
@freemo either way I am glad I corrected your intel if I am right so that you can move forward with proper intel. I am just a clown here in Arlington, I don't actually have any juice at all.
@freemo he's SENDING it to the ENTIRE list via OPM.. that's not just a department head... OPM is Office of Personnel Management. That's the UMBRELLA HR department of the entire federal government. Maybe you didn't know that.
@freemo the instructions were clear: the emails were sent directly to the Federal employee by "Elon Musk" (it happened two weeks ago for the asking of people if they wanted to be furloughed with pay until Sept and early retirement, etc. And then again to 1.9 or 2.9 million emails... the "pulse check" so maybe I am mis informed and maybe you are.
@yafa@freemo just what I would have done. Defiance in responding is defiance to the President and it probably means you don't accept that your job is at the pleasure of the president and that you serve only at the pleasure of the president. It's a GORGEOUS self-fulfilling prophecy. The EXACT "uppintiness" that Elon purged at Twitter are the EXACT same people MAGA wants to purge from the Executive/Federal ranks. Seems 101 logic to me.
One SHOULD have TROJAN HORSED it but the HUBRIS is too much
@freemo because that 50% that were in support of Trump probably responded to the email on Saturday right after they received it. Oh captain my captain... that's why Elon sent the email on Saturday: do chain of command and managers would be taking their weekend. Genius, really. All the FOT would already probably have followed their actual boss, the US President, so, the Friends of Trump probably responded immediately. Because their defiance muscle would not be triggered.
@freemo Pro-Trumpers wouldn't see that email and say "fuck no" they would say "fuck yes!" And, by responding on Saturday right away, they won't be in trouble because, chain of command, they ALL work at the pleasure of the President, Trump. It's the perfect plan. Pro-Trump people wouldn't say "how dare you" or "I can't believe it" or "Fuck Drumph/Trumpt or whatever--Hitler!--they would hit reply, they would have CC'd their manager, and they would have sent back the last 5 things they did. No?
Many journalists and news outlets have eroded public trust by prioritizing keeping Trump out of office over maintaining detached, objective reporting. Whether intentional or not, the result is that news feels more like advocacy than journalism. Truth is shaped by perception, and when reporting appears agenda-driven, it undermines credibility, making people question whether they are receiving facts or persuasion.
No ideology is perfect. The whole ‘right vs. wrong’ debate feels more like picking teams than seeking truth. Power should serve people, not dogma. Blind loyalty to any ideology is a trap—question everything, think critically, and don’t let labels decide for you.
