@ForBritain Same sh*t in most of Europe. It can't be all incompetence and idiocy (tho politicians for the most part are low on those scales).

Have a decent list of YT videos with Ishihara Junko (mostly known for enka). All taken down except this one. Can still find many videos with her. Apart from the masterful (imho) singing, the "duetl" with the flute is not very contrapunctual, or a dialogue. It is more like two voices that sometimes blend, sometimes seem to speak on their own. Like two birds in flight. Well, that's my amateur hearing of it :p

@HebrideanHecate to be honest, it's about par for the course with the cliffs here, they have always been prone to rockfalls, it's one of the reasons that so many dinosaur fossils get found in the area

Even on a beach with only a small, 20ft bank I have nearly been hit by a small rockfall - which was scary enough

The storms certainly havent helped but it's just one of the risks you take
