   I went to the police station a few days ago. benind the counter was an African broad in police uniform, and a musloid headgear. This has been allowed for certain privilged groups for about ten ywers. havent seen one until now. Back then, and now too, there is something about the word "uniform" they don't get. Another instance of muddling the language. The dame has one uniform on, and part of another uniform on her head. So what system of law does she obey?
