@ProPublica my step daughter is a first grade teacher. Her daughter has cystic fibrosis. Under our new Republican state treasurer, the new insurance company covering state employees has increased the copay for her life-saving medication to $5,800 a month. That medication doubled her life expectancy.
We got the notification last night. We are still assessing mobilization needs.
