Someone who met and talked with Graeber said he realized after a little while that Graeber was a true genius. He really was brilliant.

Just put in "Trump" whenever he says "country," "US," or "United States" and you'll get the real message. Here, he means "Trump-threatening treason" or anything that anyone says that he feels threatens him.

I've heard about the bottleneck you bring up and will also get into this some more. I was unaware it may have been such a tiny population. Thanks!
