Good! We had a problem with our local pharmacist.

Getting prescription medications confused and wrongly issued is rather dangerous and could have had very serious consequences.

Thankfully they self-reported and the locum pharmacist wasn't invited back to work there again.

The pharmacist in charge at that particular establishment needs to be held to account.

If that was a controlled substance then they were either trying to resell it illegally, kept it for private use, or are incompetent.

Might be worth checking with their regulatory body if they have reported this incident themselves (as they probably should have) 🤔
