    I've been watching all his videos (not necessarily epstein related) and reading his substack articles. Turns out most journos don't even read source articles/cases they cite while he does. That's all it takes to be right while everyone else is wrong.

    Does it have WIFI connectivity? You could attach it to a party balloon with a small battery and have it weighing enough to hover around 30 m above the ground and then release it. Have it connect to any public or unsecured WIFI router it comes across and phone home. Not sure how you could geolocate it though since I don't think they have GPS. If a camera can be integrated and pointed upwards, you could try to use starfield + time geolocation estimates.
