    @pwm @bajax @awl Grandma used Thrivent, I manage her trust with them even though I technically didn't meet their religious requirement at the time I became successor trustee. Very nice folks, and they so far seem to know what they're doing and the portfolio is doing well.

    I love living adjacent to a small town. The pharmacy recognizes my phone number, answers the phone "Hey [first name], what can I do for you today?"

    I hate that I have to call the pharmacy so much, though. Comfort care meds do not allow much in the way of refills, so I have to call to request refills for almost every med every month.

    Pissed off my boss before 730am local time (:

    Apparently our customer contracts contain SLAs with no revenue impact (so if we don't meet an SLA there's no financial repercussion to the company) BUT as we work on a revised bonus structure the execs are contemplating reducing bonuses if SLAs aren't met. I asked a question in a finance department meeting about the revenue piece, my boss volunteered the information about the bonus piece. She didn't like that I pointed out it didn't make sense to reduce bonuses by a metric that doesn't impact revenue.

    This will be a topic at our next leadership meeting, so we'll see if she raises my concern at the senior leadership meeting today and if that impacts their decision or at least how they present their decision next week...
