    coming down from trying psychedelics for the 1st time.

    2 hours straight of involuntary laughter. Laughed until I cried, then cried until I laughed. Could not physically stop myself from smiling and everything was hilarious for some reason. Felt an overwhelming sense of love. I looked in the mirror and didn't hate myself and just let myself feel everything.
    Thought about my family a lot and how much I love them. Thought about saying goodbye to my grandpa for the last time and how I never let myself grieve for him as a kid. It didn't make me sad though, i let myself say goodbye for real this time and know hes in a better place.

    Visualizations were not so crazy, mostly just when i closed my eyes.
    Listened to Bat for Lashes - Two Suns and Florence and the Machine - Lungs, and really felt the beauty
