After the Nazis were done with science in Germany, they were publishing papers in English.

@amszmidt @Lydie @r_alb yeah, there's so much on the internet that's unsuitable for children. I don't think I'm letting mine online for quite a while.

My kid is a toddler, so we're not even in the territory of phones being a thing anytime soon, but we're also not getting a tablet and we're introducing them to computers via keyboard and mouse. I just don't think throwing smartphones and tablets at children is a good way to encourage digital literacy in general, even setting aside the safety/privacy issues.

@Lydie @r_alb exactly. Children (especially young children) don't need smartphones.
