CEOs are natural or groomed sociopaths. That is the special trait that is needed to make the "hard decisions". Those decisions are often unethical and involve exploiting classes of people, decisions that typical people are just as capable of making BUT WOULD REFUSE to make. This is all enshrined in law, so everyone involved can just shrug and say " I was just doing what the law dictates".

You can also drop a copy of yt-dlp or youtube-dl into Media Player Classic's root, and then if you Open the URL of the online media you want, you can then play it in the player and additionally Save A Copy to a file. It uses yt-dlp or youtube-dl to do that, basically acting as a front-end with playback.

(If you're maintaining an up-to-date copy of yt-dlp or youtube-dl somewhere else, I'd recommend using a Windows NTFS symbolic link reparse point dropped into the MPC root directory rather than an actual copy. That way if you update the original "copy" of it, the symbolic link ensures that MPC gets that updated version, too. You'll need to install Link Shell Extension or similar as an adjunct to Explorer.exe to enable the ability to create symbolic links, since Microsoft chose to keep that NTFS feature secret and out of the Explorer GUI.)

We can argue ourselves hoarse over the historic nuance of whether it's faded from an earlier Golden Age or its antithesis emerged in full colors from hiding in the political closet, but it's gone now unless and until the majority finally recognizes AND CODIFIES that conservatism IS NOT simply another opinion, it's flatly unethical and hostile to the Common Good.

Your sarcasm does nothing to disprove that effect. Most people probably do create their own echo chambers, whether consciously or unconsciously, but I find it even less conscionable to help them do it by providing them with a prefabricated one.

Unless the subtitling is wrong in translation - and one person confirmed it's not - then I already knew what was said, and that is what I restated. I'm autistic, and I'm not that literal, even I can read through the thin line of what was said to divine the intent.
