Working on my nacho cheese sauce recipe. This is a butter-flour roux, milk, cheddar, a few squares of processed cheese, a few spoonfuls of(homemade) pickle brine, and a little hot sauce. Pretty good! #food

Making some corn flake whisky. It's more like a corn infused sugar wine than a corn beer, but same difference, eh?

Smush up some corn flakes, add some simple syrup, fill with water, add yeast. This should ferment out to 18L @ 9% or so by next week.
