Really enjoyed the cycling today, even with the wind. Did a quick cycle-around Lebreton Flats to see how things are progressing before heading home.
Workouts will be changing this week somewhat as I'll have to be onsite earlier, though I'm not sure how yet. Guess I'll find out tomorrow. 🤣
Forgot to post the weekend's rides; Saturday: ~53km (watch got paused somehow) on the way back from safety training. Sunday: 25.6km of #cycling with @TAV.
Bit rainy and delightfully cool. Lots of walking in the rain, followed by tea or hot chocolate. Nice relaxing day with @TAV.
Managed *sixteen* hours here before I had to pull the laptop out to fix something a client broke. We're right on the edge of cell service, so interwebs are s-l-o-w.

Saturday: Slept in, puttered around, and timing worked out for me to join the Critical Mass Ride through the city. Came across @jessrawk near the end, so I stopped to catch up.

Had a tough time with the HIIT today.
Weather was more to my liking today; overcast and cool. Then it started to rain about half way into the ride. 🤷🏻🤣

I seem to have managed to pull something in my glutes during the *warm-up* for the HIIT. 🤦🏻
Saw a snapping turtle slowly crossing the recreational path, which was nice - hope it shows up in the video.
Saturday: Slept about eleven hours, puttered around for a while, went for 26km of #cycling, including a stop at Lebreton Fields, to do some testing for an upcoming music festival, forgot to restart my watch until I was halfway home.
Friday: 150 seconds of plank, 11 minutes of runner's yoga, 30 minutes of strength training (#AppleFitness), then 5.3 km of #running (7°C), and then 24.5 km of #cycling.
Typing all that out now feels like it was a lot for a Friday morning, but all in all, it felt pretty good.
