You know, many companies use the term "AI" when really it's just classic pattern matching. Classic buzz word selling. LLMs are much more wasteful than pattern matching. I guess AI sells more gravy.

@feld It just never occurred to us especially after the first two companies never mentioned it. I love the idea of zoned heating/cooling.

Our third quote for heatpump system is coming. This is the first guy to suggest ductless as well as a central furnace and heatpump. He claimed our ductwork is too small for decent airflow with a heatpump. 😞 We can get zone heating/cooling with a few ductless units in the house. Never thought of that.

@jd @lproven @deborahh @kibcol1049 Punctuation is one of those NEW FANGLED inventions I tell ya! Spacing, periods etc. it all depends on your style book and no two ever seem to agree. Punctuation is just a courtesy to your reader. I agree one should be courteous and gay about it!
