This combined with the frightening prospect of millions of people having their homes yanked out from under them by their banks when they can no longer afford home owners insurance, and the public realizing that property in coastal areas and flood zones is basically worthless now as it is, means the housing market crash that's coming will make 2008 look like a cake walk.
If they had any doubts about how christians & republicans view black people, this should put that to rest.

During Covid people discovered this amazing thing called work-life balance.
But corporate America still has a plantation mentality & is still deeply confused about the difference between employment, a contract for 8 hours of work for a set amount of pay, w/ slavery - being on call 24/7 & no control over work hours or family time.
So what did workers figure out? The only winning move is not to play.

We need a federal law requiring voting districts to be substantially "regular polygons" (with the obvious geographic exceptions). There are computer programs that can do this fairly easily, adjusting the size of the polygons as population density requires. A voronoi diagram with slight edits would work.
Combining this with state laws requiring Electoral College members to follow the popular vote should eliminate the ability for republicans to negate the votes of the majority.
