The state wants to start ANOTHER series of non defensive wars and is literally aiming at a world war against russia, china and/or the BRICS nations because those nations are doing well. This is horrifying, dead-end, Feudalist thinking, but killing off large numbers of elderly and disabled people would be a strategy to prepare economically for a large war. You can see them doing it, planning it, etc.
