Many years ago, I went on a single date with a woman. After the date, she offered sex. I refused, because she disgusted me.

Several weeks later, she found out she was pregnant and tried to convince me I was the father even though I had never touched her. During that period of time, she had fucked so many men she forgot who she had and had not fucked after going on dates.

This woman tried to tell multiple people that I was the father of her child. She eventually gave birth to the child and it was BLACK.

So, if she had gotten an abortion and named me as the person who knocked her up, would it be one of my three strikes? Would I have one of my three chances removed by this woman who I refused to fuck because I found her disgusting? Or would the government need to keep a DNA sample of every single person alive to test against the fetal tissue?
