   Alinsky's 13th rule is to personalize the opponent. Pick a guy, lock on. The reason for that rule is that it's easier to hate a specific person than an abstract entity.
   
   So you are a specific person, say the monarch of the Netherlands or Soros or Kissinger or whoever; you don't think of yourself as disposable. So you delegate and you push the unpopular shit through your abstract entities. You give an entity a face, and then when people are mad at the face, you toss it and put another one in. Maybe you discard the whole entity and replace it with another one.

     Incidentally, do you remember when that Facebook C-level or VP was addressing some students and he went off on this rant and he said something like "When the 100 or so richest men--and it's all men--get together once a year and decide everything" and proceeded from there? That video is impossible to find now. You know where to get a copy, or at least remember the guy's name? (I am really terrible with names.)

     Well, here's Rockefeller and Carnegie and Roosevelt and Bernays and Dulles, right, and they're setting up the UN and the WTO and IMF and World Bank, the CIA, etc., so that they can pull a Rothschild if needed. They all say what they're planning to do and then they do it. The high-modernists organizing a top-down society like they said they wanted and like they now have, they hose the world in exactly the way they said they wanted to, and it's mostly consolidation since then. Who *needs* to be behind them? Who was giving them orders? Why would such an organization even need those things? What phenomenon is unaccounted for unless there's someone pulling *their* strings? So I'm sticking with "Occam's Razor" or "god of the gaps" or whichever sounds better in whatever sentence I'm typing until there's some reason to believe that there are shadowy figures behind the shadowy figures.

     All of the Rockefellers and Carnegies and everyone else on the list, they're causing me problems, the things they built are causing me problems; I'm not especially concerned if there are some nutjobs that wanna genocide me, they can get in line. Once enough water is baled then there's time to argue about what's causing the leaks: it doesn't seem especially relevant to me right now.

     The monolithic "they" doesn't exist. As noted previously, the compulsion to try to convince people that it does actually hurts buy-in for what would be (absent a purity spiral) a shared goal. The reason I started freelancing was that the people signing the checks don't expect me to sit through--let alone feign excitement--when they talk about a company being a unicorn and everyone getting rich. A soldier has to love his country, a mercenary just has to be good at his work.
     
     I am happy to participate in the shared goal of, e.g., burning the IMF to the ground and having them all hanged for treason, but anyone that wants my belief in their cosmology is not likely to get it.
