@sickburnbro that's true. I have used slightly smaller imperial sockets and hammered them on to stripped bolts as a step of the removal process. For both imperial and metric. And I have some bewildering sizes, like 25/32 or a 19/32 box end.
@sickburnbro okay but I'm a big blockhead double gorilla nigger retard that only understands whole numbers in my head so I like metric for tools and numbers on the pooter. Even in cars I like diesels cause I don't use a fraction like AFR I only understand whole numbers like EGT. I'm really good at guessing percentages to make myself not look really stupid though. Lol
@IAMAL_PHARIUS THEY STOLE THE BOLTER RIFLE IDEA IVE BEEN WORKING ON REEEEEEEEEEEE. won't be a true bolter rifle until they have gyrojet explosive rounds
@deprecated_ii@sickburnbro@BroDrillard Absolutely. it should just be a relay. it's pretty fucking obvious when a bulb goes out. then again the apes we share the world with don't ever walk around their car and just drive ever onward.
@sickburnbro I recently picked up up a 2012 TDI, I'm expecting to start a family in the next few years once we have a down payment saved up on a house. to replace my 82 VW Rabbit diesel. as frankly my love doesn't exactly enjoy riding in it (no AC, functionally 1 seatbelt in the front as idgaf ATM to weld a new belt clip on my driver's seat, it'll just be my racecar one day a a VR6, 2.5l 5cyl or a 24v 1.8t. I digress) and after deleting the emissions equipment I was pleasantly surprised at how little electronics are inside of it compared to other modern vehicles I've had to work on. Id drive that motherfucker of a cliff if I had to deal with this shit. CAN-BUS isn't inherently bad from my experience. but bad wiring is the no.1 cause. it's insane
@sickburnbro i work at a college. there were posters in the 1st year dorms stating "my culture is not a costume" with a picture of a geisha. put up by some student board
@mangeurdenuage@anonicus@coolboymew jfc why didn't I know about this. open source RTG Amiga gpu's have more development than this project. alas, open source hardware is a hard sell for anyone not a turbonerd
@sickburnbro@nike I haven't, that's really impressive with his range of motion. I've mostly been following the YT channel Clone. youtu.be/guDIwspRGJ8? When it comes to fluid motions and high strength on robotic hands. Check out the "bleeding" video as well.
@sickburnbro@nike Agreed, we'll have to watch the development of robotics. If we figure out a suitable replica of muscles, an electicaly reactive muscle substitute for example. the flexibility of design will be able to finally replace humans for labor in that regard. I doubt pneumatics, hydraulics or stepper motors will be able to accurately dominate human labor for the time being. then we start going into the weeds of machine vision. proprioception etc.
@sickburnbro@nike No, not this implementation assuredly. Give it another 100 years worth of miniaturization and longer development in brain computer interfaces and it'll be forced to catch on as your employer demands (and potentially even subsidizes the installation or purchase) of a device so you can work at whatever company your at. That's how I believe this tech will be adopted.
@nike@sickburnbro I can't wait for the future where most people have AR contacts/cybereyes installed and can block or hide people. The feds can hide in plain sight by just not being displayed. But we can see them because you can't hack our caveman eyes. Bless the Meat.
