on the road at 04:15, arrive at cafe at 05:00, she's already there. I txt to be let in.

cutting & dressing bagels for an hour, load out.

Venue Change! supposed to be outside in cold drizzle, am dressed for that, not indoor.

I've been wondering if the proto-fascists who aren't aware that they are in fact, proto-fascists will ever figure out that bowing to fascist demands will not save them.

I got a lot of traction this day because I wrote a thing about @pluralistic , Cory Doctorow's post at his blog: https://pluralistic.net/

While it was really nice to see all the toot boosts, this is the fediverse! No "gain". This is "good"!

If you don't follow Cory, I can recommend doing so.

I'm rather fond of saying that I don't always agree with him, but this is mostly due to him being much better informed than me, having a kinder approach, and being a much better & prolific writer.
