    @brianoflondon if any Linux users have issues, I recommend the bitwarden extension. It's the most reliable ways to use passkeys there so far and will soon bring passkeys to Android.

    The "us" are the people responsible for contributing to the Podcasting 2.0 project which develops this standard:

    Somewhere along the line, the funkwhale developer saw mention of a way to pay podcasters with cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin (which has nothing to do with this and people can choose not to implement it). They then decided to ignore the entire effort.

    If the user has to interact with a central service to get connection information *on a specific relay* in the first place, why is Nostr being put in the middle?

    What I think a lot of people don't realize is how extensible systems like the Fediverse are. It's unfortunately very common, even within the developer sphere, to assume that something can't be done just because it hasn't been done.

    I wonder why that is.
