#freemium is a terrible name for whats just normal podcasting.

freemium makes it sound like I'm going to be forced to pay at some point just like freemium games.

I don’t know about the keysend thing but I have NWC on my own node that I can connect to different Nostr apps and it seems to work well but I don’t know what the difference is.

I tried from a misskey account and I still couldn't get it to work. I did the EmojiReact but still nothing.

This is why PC 2.0 uses keysend payments but you can't say anything bad about LNURL or the LNURL Mafia will come for you.

As a long time No Agenda listener I've been involved in Value4Value for several years and adding lightning to podcasting 2.0 apps really feeling like the missing piece we didn't know was missing.

It took V4V to places we couldn't even dream of.

I was surprised too.

@alex @merryoscar I was helping someone in Florida withdraw their sats from Fountain to Muun and they got an error message when they pasted the LNURL address into Muun.

I switched my VPN to FL and got the same error in Muun, Breeze and other apps when pasting a LNURL address.

@merryoscar FYI I found out today that LNURL addresses are blocked in Florida. I’ve never seen this mentioned before but it’s quite the roadblock.

I think it might be time for the return of the Tech Grouch.

Looks like YouTube is passing the Apple Tax onto its customers now.

@dave If you make the switch you actually save money which is rare.

It’s currently $15.99 so if you stick with Apple it’s a $3 increase but if you switch over to YouTube via PayPal you save $2 a month.
