Moving a whole (!) #mastodon account (including everything) from one server to another still is not possible.

This is such a shame and it plays in the hands of those who love to play monopoly ...

@darnell After some time of absence I tried again Facebook and Threads. With Threads came Instagram (users are brute-forced to connect to instagram).

This whole social network is absolutely aweful, horrible and full of crap. It is filled with hatespeech, racism and antisemitism.

There is absolutely no reason to be there!

I think the worst thing with the #fediverse actually is that you are unable to move your whole #mastodon account to a different server.

You can do that using a #miskey or #sharkey server but then you have no APPS for mobile devices you can count on!

This plays in the hand of the mastodon social company which is a German GmbH. Their administrators do not communicate with their users whatsoever! A #mastodon monopoly is about to be created here.

Moving #mastodon accounts must be possible! ...

@lovinurbanism Konsverative Parteien wie etwa die #Union #CDU #CSU und auch die ÖVP in Österreich agieren inzwischen offen rechtsextrem.

Faschisten wählen allerdings immer noch das Original. Also entweder direkt die AfD oder eben die FPÖ.

Aber möglicherweise schließt man sich dann irgendwann an und ordnet sich unter. Wir werden es erleben, fürchte ich ...

Das ist im höchsten Maße beunruhigend. Noch beunruhigende ist allerdings, dass man diese Art Politiker gehäuft in an sich konservativen Parteien wieder findet.

@klaremitte Thomas Gottschalk ist 73 Jahre alt. Im Alter ändert man sich nicht mehr oder nur sehr sehr schwer. Da wird sich ein jeder später, wenn er mal dieses Alter erreicht hat, selbst an die eigene Nase fassen müssen. Als Vergleich habe ich nur meinen Onkel, der 75 Jahre alt ist und sich auch nicht mehr ändert ...

Ganz davon ab: er hat im Leben alles erreicht und kann zufrieden mit sich sein. Vielleicht ist es wirklich Zeit, zu gehen.

Seine Shows waren jedenfalls immer sehenswert! ...

@musevg @klaremitte ich wäre mit solchen Anschuldigungen immer sehr vorsichtig. Sexuelle Belästigung in aller Öffentlichkeit vor einem Millionenpublikum?

Es ist ganz sicher eine Unart. Aber auch nicht mehr als das.

Allerdings ist man heute mit Verurteilungen immer sehr schnell. Vor allem in sozialen Medien ...
