My own feeling on the Zuckerberg Meta/FB/Insta, etc. announcement is not only is he aligning with the incoming political environment, but that growth is slowing for him (remember *ALL* of his properties are options in their respective markets), so he has to push for deeper engagement at this point.
I do goal setting a little more loosely, I guess. I have a running list of things I want to do, to accomplish, places to visit, bands to see, etc.
The running list was a concept introduced by a speaker at a conference I once attended (long story).
I didn't understand the value until I bought tickets by myself to see the Beastie Boys on my birthday. I even dragged along an ex-bf to the concert. If I hadn't done that, I would have never seen them since it was their last tour.
My best guess at this point is it's some sort of red team - blue team exercise.
But the hysteria is incredibly heightened. Between keeping state and local law enforcement in the dark and the non-answers from agencies who should know, I'm concerned someone will try to shoot one of these things down.
@Gargron If you ever want to hear a good story about social media, there’s a surprising amount of Xooglers/Googlers still very salty about the failure of Google+.
