Well, that was certainly a brash byline that lacks context. ReiserFS was second only to ext3 when Reiser went off the deep end 20 years ago. ext4 almost didn't happen and certainly delayed ext3's maintenance and further development, because of ReiserFS's growing popularity at the time.

@Milo You realize that pretty much all the places rural electrification forgot about have been off-grid solar/wind for about a decade now, right? If farmers and homesteaders were running AC off batteries, wind and solar with off the shelf components in 2010, it's safe to assume this is a solved problem.

Repeat harassment campaigns against furries and queer instances have come out of Mastodon.art's discord servers with zero repercussions. #FediBlock
