I'm more sad that with all of your hate and contempt, OTR got drowned out in the process. All the building blocks were there to collaborate on. Everyone cared more about attacking me.

I stood by my principles and values. (And no, that doesn't include being a fucking saint. I'm not a complete imbecil.)

At this point, I find it kind of amusing actually. Whatever you try to attack me on. It's pointless and unjustified anyways. There was way too much deception involved. I know quite well who I am.

@jeffowski the recent interview on Joe Rogan with Bret Weinstein was somewhat enlightening and made me think there is some pattern to the madness.
    Highly recommended.

@freemo prly evolutionary process. IIRC human embryos have similar "changes in direction" of how it evolves. E.g. the tail bone that no longer serves a purpose. I suspect these are like early stages that were cut short for more beneficial directions. Same with other human parts no longer serving a (clear) goal or very minor goal as other organs have superceeded their function.

@jeffowski for the other people reading this: a bunch of psychopathic stalkers have been attacking my about all kinds of supposed "problems". Now, these are pretty much all lies, in that everything is taken out of context or completely fabricated to attack me. They haven't actually much if anything to complain about. However, it isn't actually about me. It is about dumping all the things that went wrong onto me and make me the bad guy of everything, and they know it.

@jeffowski I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be an attack, so let me be clear about this. This is for the lying shitbags who are trying to attack me:

You have NO GODDAMN RIGHT TO CRITICIZE MY WORK ETHIC. Because you don't know shit of what's going on. All of you shitbags have been way more pissed off about all the problems I identified and solved, and situations I recognized and the problems I prevented. And you damn well know it. *Nothing* has actually anything to do with my work ethic.

@freemo depending on the disposition of people, these pairs aren't necessarily a given. E.g. something may be stupid, but only if observed in a limited frame. Sometimes, if the lead up to it is included, it could be different, and e.g. easily avoided if properly acted upon.

@freemo not what I was trying to conclude with, but close. I think I don't have the right word for it. I meant tonsay that 'just being kind' by itself creates suspicion in today's society. ("Acceptable" in that sense. Am I expressing it any better this time?)

@freemo you know, I got a nice anecdote on that. In the middle of the ongoing harassment campaign, when we were at the height of throwing statements at me day and night that were clearly intended as attacks and (false) accusations, there was the occasional disconnected comment.
More than once have I seen statements like "you know, that's just someone being kind", which was interpreted as manipulation of some kind or another. So, no, even just being kind isn't acceptable anymore.

@freemo hmm.. there is some truth to your points. The belief pushes the situation towards a two-party system. My intuition is telling me that pushing towards one top guy with one backing party is more of a problem, so a wider problem. As opposed to, for example, filling up a room of politician by ratio of votes.

I don't want to make this a long discussion for lack of my own competence on this and I feel like I'm stealing your time given your extensive answers. 😅

@freemo hmmm.. you're making good points. I think it is a bit of a sinkhole that if you get stuck with two major parties it's hard to get away from that.

The math argument bothers me, where: if A is the least attractive but major, B is moderately attractive and major, C is most attractive bit minor. If you vote for B, you have reasonable chance, but if you vote for C and lose, then your vote that otherwise would've gone to B is now lost, therefore directly benefiting A.

@freemo why do you call it a myth? From what I understand, the mechanics are such that there are practical risks involved, concerning votes cast to "lesser"/"minor" parties concerning wasted/lost votes when the minor party loses.

    @freemo i love those.
I looked up another one recently:
"Some people would tell you that the mating call of the male Kakapo actively repels the female Kakapo, (laughter) which is the sort of behaviour you would otherwise only find really in discotheques. The people who’ve heard the mating call of the male Kakapo will tell you, you can hardly even hear it, it’s like a sort of … I’ll tell you what they do. This animal every—for about a hundred nights of the year—it goes through its mating ritual."

@freemo either one, but my non-business-person mind would choose 3 as it gives a bit more of a "let's-get-things-done" vibe, i.e. bit more active. That would be my choice.

But, then, I have no clue what I'm talking about .. these comments are *only* based on the impression I get from looking at them.
