@skinnylatte I'm regretting I never got into the LA food scene when I lived in San Diego. I used to make trips from there up to the bay area and always blasted through LA at 2AM to avoid traffic.

@skinnylatte Dead strip malls are the go to places for good regional food in the bay area. Prove me wrong.

I mean, I understand it's not the same DNA lounge that existed in the 80's and 90's when I was frequently in SF, but still.... that feels a lot like the tour buses full of frat bros on Haight Street I encountered the last time I visited with a friend from the Netherlands.
