@Humpleupagus@admin yeah thats gonna be a mega big focus for me as the weeks go by. More slowly amd controled, higher tine under tension. And hwre at some poi t im gonna add in martial arts everynight whenever my body can hamdle it im guessing about half way in. Dont want to overload myself early on and blow something out

@Humpleupagus@admin thats what im hoping to build up to in the next 2 months. Im hopimg to use that conditioning to start super high weight single set low rep max body building. Well see how i feel ive built my body up pretty well for this current regiment well see how it feels in a couple months
@admin@Humpleupagus the thing i learned from this mega mens fotness book was that u can build muscle super easy, but u have to go slow cause connective tissues (tendons conecting muscle to bone, ligaments conecting bone to bone, and cartilage, in its own weord fluid) all build much slower, and u HAVE to build up the connective tissues to stack on more muscles. So its a slow process evwn for a healthy pwraon of a younger age if theyre doing it corectly. U can build one density too but apparently after u create stresson the bones, ur body slathers the stressed bones with new collagen(hence where that whole scam industry comes from never buy exogenous collagen its useless) but after it slathers the bones, it takes about 6 months to fully calcify ao u can refortify your bones but its a gradual process. I decided i wabtedto round out my miscles by doing calisthentics with the 2 10lb weights i have woth higher reps (3 sets of 4 pushups, 120 total, 4 sets of curls with resistance bands for blood flow restriction training, and 3 sets of 10 rep dips atm, and 120 different squat like excercises) but challenge myself by not taking a break day till sunday every week. Its working great but man it really farigues me throughout the day
