    @Tony @dj @Humpleupagus so I'm at 160 but here's the weird thing, I've seemingly done what I've set out to do, swap fat for muscle by stimulating fat loss with keto and fasting and working on technique and theory. I know this because I've stayed between 160-170 since about 2023 but I know I've gained muscle because I have a shirt hoodie I bought on discount and I thought, "well idk if this'll work because its too loose" and now its almost skin tight on the forearms and I have to buy new socks because my calfs don't fit them anymore they've all become tight like compression socks. I know I've lost weight because some of my pants have started feeling better and some have become too large even with draw string. Don't have sugar in the house other than honey its gonna fall off going forward ill probably hit 120-150 not sure tho
