@caekislove I failed 9th grade geometry by my female teacher because I wrote a BASIC program on my TI85 to do almost all the problems for me. To solve apothem, radius, etc. She flat out told me that this was cheating and also she would give me 0's if I didn't show my work. She refused to look at my source code. So the following year I made up the class with a male teacher and he was very impressed and told me to keep thinking outside the box. I got a 100% in that class.

@jb @sickburnbro i saw something yesterday I had not seen in a very very long time. A toy commercial! I was almost shocked. I thought something was wrong. I hadn't seen a commercial for a toy in probably years.

@sickburnbro @BroDrillard you're not supposed to use screws though from what I found about vinyl siding. Have to use short fat stubby nails with wide heads. And you don't nail them in all the way either. You're supposed to leave a small gap so the siding can breathe basically. It stretches and contracts with weather so it needs to be able to move slightly so it doesn't break. I wont ever buy a house with vinyl siding again... It can be loud in winter when its windy.

@BroDrillard @sickburnbro granted they're largish staples. But yeah... I've seen several houses in my neighborhood in recent years that had big panels fly off. So it explained a lot. Those staples just come out after a years of wind and seasonal temperature changes.

@sickburnbro yup. Pisses me off but nothing I can do except fix the problems myself. But just shows how cheap they are and how their work isnt just half assed... Its full assed.

@sickburnbro i had to reinstall some vinyl siding that blew off and found that instead of using nails that are specifically used for holding on siding, they simply stapled on all my siding... So I know it was a bunch of wetbacks that did that. Probably so they could churn out houses quicker and also faster ...
