Tooth for tooth is straight out of the Law.
We're not under the Law. I don't break your tooth because of Love. He doesn't damn me to Hell because of Love. We don't want justice. We're guilty. We have mercy. We have grace. Do likewise. Be perfect like your Father in Heaven is perfect.

It's amazing how the Gentiles crave to live under jewish Law ...
[Mat 5:38-39 KJV] 38 Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:
39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
We're not jewish.

It's heavy and bulky. This is why people don't buy a lot of copper either.
Gunpowder is not reuseable.

A market is a mutually agreed price. Nazis told you what you would take.
Remember. Everybody got the same wages for the same hours.

We've already established Nazis limit their money supply by wage and price controls.

I have other questions before I'd stipulate that.

People want a store of value. Gold suits that purpose.
You don't need gold. Gold is still useful. Your clothes tear. You outgrow them. Gold doesn't.

What if you've got a 400 square foot room filled with pickles?
You need a market to get a few other things. Money facilitates that market. Now if I can print paper I can outbid everyone else that has to work for their paper.
This is not a good deal.

I'm not judging you. I asked what is the limit of the Nazi money supply.
Answer: You take what they give you.

... then a miracle happened. lol

No. Production of gold dictates the gold supply.
Marks were dictated by how much Nazis decided to pay.

Gold lasts. You can't spill it. It doesn't get contaminated or evaporate.
The point of money is so you can retrieve the food you need when you need it and it not be spoiled.

But the state didn't control them?
I'm just asking the question. You are the first person to bring up that they dictated wages. Yes. That certainly limits spending. That the question I asked.
Good or evil is a totally different question.
What about that battleship we need? Do you dictate the cost of steel as well as labor?
Why not buy two? Wouldn't you rather make 10 marks an hour building a ship instead of 1 mark an hour as a cashier?

Are you arguing for state wage controls? Did the Nazis control wages?

So if I wanted more or the company wanted a cut ... would that matter?
