I did always wonder about recipes that call for grams of flour, but I assumed that was because flour settles a lot (this is why you sift, or at least fluff it before measuring). So weight would be more accurate/reproducible.
@EvolLove@Gawdphather my brother-in-law has one. It is a helluva lot of fun. I invented a new game: like soccer, but instead of a ball, boulders. And instead of kicking, bulldozing.
And any trees that you don't want there? No need to worry about the stmups!
@EvolLove@Gawdphather I was chatting with a neighbor yesterday, and she was saying her husband wanted to get a backhoe. She didn't know why, or what he would use it it for.
I just said "for playing in the dirt, of course! What couldn't he use it for? It sounds great?'. Not sure if I helped him much, but I hope so.
@Humpleupagus@DMA@graf huh. Well, except for the part about intending to arouse the victim (a 2 year old), it seems like it should apply here. Is there not a worse (felony) crime of exposing genitals to a minor?
@DMA@graf it sounds like that is not a law in Oregon? I'm not sure the cop can be blamed, if the stupid politicians legalize depravity.
The police can only enforce the laws that exist (and this is a good thing, in general, since otherwise you'd have people with badges, guns, and handcuffs--and qualified immunity--running around doing whatever they want).
