    @Escoffier @LukeAlmighty I had teachers who would spell things wrong. Needless to say I always corrected them. At the time, it seemed obvious that abiding spelling and grammar errors could only lead to ruination. (which has happened) I ended up becoming an editor, the only job I ever loved.

    This didn't lead teachers to figure out I was a sperg, though, it just made them hate me. So it goes. It was the 70s and 80s and only boys had autism and they certainly didn't have enough language skills to correct teachers.

    @LukeAlmighty aside from the Level 3s who can't talk at all and smear poop everywhere as a stim, it seems like the criteria for autism is pissing the teacher off and giving her bad feels

    I know a mom of just such a Level 3 and she said clinicians rely on teachers to fill out the checklists for diagnosis

    even if a wamman tries to be accountable and is willing to change her behavior, all of modern life tells her there's nothing wrong with meaningless sex

    so it must be the man's fault

    also autism in women isn't as rare as once thought. women are better at mimicking and acting in order to fit in so it flies under the radar.

    @Dagnar @ChadleyDudebro @Rasterman @TrevorGoodchild @sickburnbro Our doctor has some machine that measures body fat and muscle and factors in your age and sex (you have to pay extra for this scan). I have the exact right amount of body fat, according to it, but need to gain 3 lbs of lean muscle. Husband is a bit chonky but lifts like an absolute beast; his scan says he is merely overweight due to his mass (visible) of lean muscle. It's a work in progress. For him, anyway. I have no intention of trying to increase muscle. As long as I can do my farm chores and wear a single-digit size, I'm happy and so is he.

    @thefinn @IAMAL_PHARIUS I really didn't see this one coming and I'm trying to just get a feel for the parameters of the situation, which have now expanded to include the fookin' Kurds again. The last I heard about them, in my lolbert days, I was being assured by National Review that they were awesome and loved Americans and democracy.

    @Thusnelda @Dagnar @Diogenese_Shiplap I like most Thanksgiving dishes, except super-sugary sweet potato casserole. I like sweet potatoes on their own with butter and orange juice and toasted pecans.

    My favorite Thanksgiving dish is something my grandmother's best friend always made--scalloped oysters. It consists of three sleeves of crushed Saltines, butter, half and half, and oysters all baked together till the top is crispy and the interior is fluffy, salty, fatty, buttery, and oyster-y. So good. It was always served in a special silver dish at the table and we all loved it.

    Speaking of autistic food issues, I haven't made it in years bc husband doesn't like most seafood. My parents had that Depression-era (I was their late-life GenX child) fixation on CLEANING YOUR PLATE DAMMIT YOU LITTLE SHIT YOU WANT THE BACK OF MY HAND I'LL GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO CRY ABOUT. Any HINT of a food preference was always punished corporally. Miraculously, I learned to like most foods, including okra, but I received one of the worst beatings of my childhood over eggplant. I can eat it, but my parents are dead and I don't have to.

    @lain I haven't read the Gor books, but I did read the Handmaid's Tale at an impressionable age (never saw the show, never will). I think they're kind of the same story of not letting wammans have much agency for the good of society, but Gor is sexier. She is a fairly vile person, but Margaret Atwood is a very very good writer. She's a clear example of how skillfully the jew-enabled left inserts memes into our societal consciousness.

    In the books, she managed to make a three-way with two wammans incredibly unsexy.

    @dictatordave @BowsacNoodle Some dogs respond well to beating and some don't. Pibbles probably do, temperament-wise, but there's also their instinct to grab throats and hold on unto death, EVEN IF YOU BEAT THEM. That is why you don't have pibbles. This instinct is in their genes.

    Dogs with a more independent temperament will not respect you if you beat them. They will just think you're crazy and untrustworthy. You have to earn their respect by first respecting them and showing you want to work together. Then they have to believe your ideas are better than theirs. This is the kind of dogs I have (Anatolians and Akbashes).

    @givenup @BowsacNoodle I remember reading 30 years ago a bunch of jews taking credit for ending the Ku Klux Klan by successfully portraying them in the public mind as cousin-fucking cross-eyed morons. This was exactly how I saw the Klan growing up in the 70s and 80s, entirely because their propaganda machine worked really well.

    I live in redneckistan and I promise you that dumb fat tattooed oxycontin-addicted whites love pibbles as much as niggers do. It's a situation.
